Fox Den Weekend/Holiday Weddings & Parties in High Season
(April 1 to November 30)

Inclusives:
- Exclusive use of the property from Friday at 4:00 pm to Sunday at noon.
- Use of our new reception facility (The Fox Den at Briar Patch)
- Tables and chairs for use indoors in The Fox Den at Briar Patch.
- The grounds for the wedding ceremony. If the ceremony is to be outside on the grass, rental of chairs for use on the grass is required.
- The pool area for a rehearsal dinner or party.
- Rental of all bedrooms in the main house and the one-bedroom cottage for two nights, accommodating up to 18 people, is required.
- Full hot breakfast on both mornings for 18 guests staying at the B&B. There will be an extra charge of $20 per person to serve breakfast to more than 18 people.
- The B&B’s 24’ x 48’ pool when open and the oversized hot tub all year.
Required Additional Costs:
- Caterer approved by us.
- Rental of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and table linens if not provided by the caterer.
Optional Additional Costs:
- Alcoholic Beverages – We can provide wine, beer, and alcohol at 15% over our cost.
- Babysitting is available for an additional cost.
Payment Schedule:
A deposit of 50% of all fees is due and payable upon receipt of the signed contract by Briar Patch B&B, which guarantees your date. The remaining 50% is due and payable 90 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. Cancellation ninety (90) days or less from the first day of the scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees plus taxes.

- Use of two bedrooms on the first floor of the main house for changing and for four guests to stay overnight is included. Other rooms may be reserved at regular room rates

- Pricing same as above with a 20% discount. Low season pricing does not
apply to holidays in low season.
- Rental of all bedrooms in the main house and the cottage for at least one night is required for Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
- All other policies above are the same.
