Pricing for Your Wedding or Party at Briar Patch Bed & Breakfast Inn
Whether you are planning a small, medium, or large Virginia event; an indoor, outdoor, or combination affair; or a weekend or weekday occasion – we have wedding and party packages that fit your needs and your budget. For weekend destination weddings, most people have a rehearsal dinner on Friday night in a grassy area by the pool, the ceremony on Saturday outside at one of several locations on the property, a cocktail reception in front of the main house, and dinner and dancing in The Fox Den at Briar Patch building. Various pricing options are below.

Required Additional Costs:
- Licensed Caterer.
- Rental of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and table linens if not provided by the caterer.

Inclusives:
- Rental of all bedrooms in the main house & the one-bedroom cottage for two nights, accommodating up to 18 people, is required.
- Use of our reception facility (The Fox Den at Briar Patch) for up to 200 people (with pricing as noted).
- Exclusive use of the property from Friday at 4:00 pm to Sunday at noon.
- Tables and chairs for use indoors in The Fox Den at Briar Patch and white outdoor chairs for the rehearsal dinner by the pool and an outdoor ceremony.
- The grounds for the wedding ceremony or other outdoor activities.
- The pool area or Fox Den for a rehearsal dinner or party.
- Full hot breakfast on both mornings for the guests staying at the B&B. There will be an extra charge of $20 per person to serve breakfast to those not staying at the B&B.
- The B&B’s 24’ x 48’ pool when open and the oversized hot tub all year.
- Ample free parking.

Optional Additional Costs:
- Alcoholic Beverages – You can provide your own provided it is served by a bartender.
- Babysitting is available for an additional cost.

Payment Schedule:
A deposit of 50% of all fees is due and payable upon receipt of the signed contract by Briar Patch B&B Inn, which guarantees your date. The remaining 50% is due and payable 90 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be canceled at any time for any reason. Cancellation ninety (90) days or less from the first day of the scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees plus taxes.

- Exclusive use of the property from 3:00 pm until noon the following day.

- Tables and chairs for use indoors in The Fox Den at Briar Patch and white outdoor chairs for an outdoor ceremony.
- The grounds for the wedding ceremony or other outdoor activities.
- Full hot breakfast for the guests staying at the

(December 1 to March 31)

- Pricing same as above with a 20% discount. Low season pricing does not apply to holidays in low season.
- Rental of all bedrooms in the main house and the cottage for at least one night may be required for Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
- Other policies above are the same, although we do have flexibility with our policies and pricing in low season.
