This area satisfies diverse interests and lifestyles. We are located close to a variety of attractions and activities including wineries and craft breweries, historic sites, shopping and antiques, hiking and biking, horseback riding, and eating in the many wonderful restaurants.

Enjoy the many activities and events throughout the year, including horse events like steeplechase and point-to-point races, country fairs, garden and farm tours, arts and crafts shows, and the Christmas in Middleburg parade. Take excursions to Washington DC, Harpers Ferry, WV, or Shenandoah National Park.

Children and Pets are welcome at the inn.

Ellen Goldberg - Owner

After spending more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Ellen decided to make a career change by purchasing the farm and turning it into a bed & breakfast and event site. Undaunted by the fact that she knew nothing about the hospitality business, Ellen has wholeheartedly embraced it. She enjoys welcoming guests from all walks of life and seeing them delight in the beauty of this property.

Amanda Baden - Manager

Manager Amanda Baden has a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales and a master’s degree in hospitality & business from Virginia Tech. She has worked in the hospitality industry for a few years in hotels and restaurants. Her culinary skills are being put to good use, as you will experience when you enjoy her breakfasts.

Samia Jrab - Manager

Samia is recent graduate of Virginia Tech’s well-respected hospitality program. She is also an amazing wedding photographer, which she has been doing for a few years, as well as having excellent marketing skills and a bubbly personality.

Alejandra Maurojorge - Housekeeper

Alejandra is our newest employee. She not only works hard as housekeeper for our 12 bedrooms, she also loves to cook so she often prepares & serves our breakfasts. Alejandra always has a smile & loves to help our guests enjoy their stay with us.
